From 8 am on your first rental day until 8 pm on your last. Keys are handed over in person on site; other times can be agreed.
The retail space with storage room, ceiling spotlights, LED video wall, sound system, modular furniture, fitting room, POS hardware with Shopify, setup support, a contact person on site and the final cleaning.
Yes. You sell via iPad with Shopify POS, card reader and receipt printer, connected to your Shopify store. Another POS system is possible on request.
Yes, for example launches, press dates or community events. Events with more than 30 guests, outside regular shopping hours, with loud music or alcohol need our approval in advance.
Yes. The furniture can be wrapped in your color on request and your content runs on the LED video wall. Structural changes or decoration outside the rented area need our approval.
Yes. Please have business liability insurance for the rental period. Goods you bring into the space are not insured by us.
You can cancel in writing. Up to 60 days before the start, 25 % of the rent is due, up to 30 days 50 %, and less than 30 days before the start the full rent.
