Increasing Sales
With every collection drop, we initiate a defined performance cycle. Using an Early Market testing approach supported by paid media, we identify product-level demand signals at the very beginning of the season. Instead of waiting for overall revenue trends, we analyze SKU performance in real time to understand which products are gaining traction and which are not.
We combine advertising data, on-site sales, inventory levels, planned restocks, and performance KPIs to model forward-looking sales trajectories. This allows us to scale winning products with precision, reduce exposure on underperformers, and align media investment with business targets. Follower Growth
For COPENHAGEN STUDIOS, we generated more than 30,000 new followers within six months through structured profile-visit campaigns across international markets. The setup was intentionally streamlined, guiding qualified audiences directly to the Instagram profile with minimal friction.
While follower growth was the primary objective, the campaigns were not treated as pure awareness initiatives. We continuously monitored downstream performance and incremental sales impact. The result: the additional revenue generated through these campaigns exceeded the media investment, making the follower growth effectively self-financed.


LOCAL PROMOTION
We supported COPENHAGEN STUDIOS in launching their physical stores in Berlin and Hamburg, as well as pop-up locations in selected Breuninger stores, through structured regional brand awareness campaigns.
Instead of running broad national campaigns, we focused on geo-targeted activation in the respective cities to reach relevant local audiences ahead of each opening. This approach increased visibility in the immediate catchment areas, strengthened local brand presence, and supported foot traffic during the launch phases.
